About Me

Let me introduce myself

Hello Everybody! My name is Nina Krasylova. I am a teacher from Putyvl Secondary School #1 in Sumskaya Oblast. I am a teacher of English as a foreign language. I have been teaching for more than 20 years. 

I have never dreamed of being anything other than a teacher. My mom knew I would be a teacher when I started a kindergarten. Every day I would come home and put my toys in a row and tell them my lessons. Later, I decided to be a teacher of English because I liked the lessons and the language. 

My goal as a teacher is of course to teach children. The main thing for me is not only to teach them to speak English well, but to teach them to be good people. Not all the children will go on to use English in their lives. Some of them will use the knowledge I give them but sometimes they do not use the knowledge they get at school. However, if they have learned to be good people, it will always help them in their future lives. For this reason, one of the things I try to make every child learn is to honour the traditions of Ukraine and other countries, to honour other people.
